Therapy duration varies based on your needs and progress. Initially, we focus on symptom relief and understanding your challenges (weeks to months). Deeper work explores root causes and emotional patterns (months to years), leading to breakthroughs and integration.

Yes, our therapy is completely confidential. Your privacy and trust are my top priorities. Everything discussed in our sessions remains strictly between us, with exceptions only in rare, legally mandated circumstances.

Each therapy session is 60 minutes, with the free introductory consultation being 30 minutes.

My fees are £400 per month for once-weekly sessions (4 sessions total) or £640 per month for twice-weekly sessions (8 sessions total).
My clients pay using direct bank transfer and are billed monthly in arrears.
Many of my clients, especially in the early stages, find twice-weekly sessions particularly beneficial for deeper progress before transitioning to weekly or bi-weekly sessions as they stabilise and grow.
