Hi, I’m Dave, a psychotherapist specialising in anxiety, trauma, and burnout recovery. I practice Integrative Depth Psychotherapy, blending Internal Family Systems Therapy, Bioenergetic Analysis, and Psychodynamic approaches. My work is rooted in authenticity, integrity, and respect for each client’s unique experience.
I support professionals in high-pressure industries, helping them manage anxiety, overcome burnout, and navigate emotional complexities. I also collaborate with London mental health clinics, providing care to disadvantaged communities.
My approach goes beyond talking - it’s about uncovering patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks through somatic awareness, deep introspection, and thought exploration. I guide clients toward clarity, resilience, and wholeness.
Alongside my private practice, I’ve contributed to mental health discussions, including interviews on BBC Radio. I understand how hard it can be to prioritise well-being amidst a busy life, and I’m here to help you build sustainable strategies for emotional and mental health, no matter your challenges.
Finding the right support can feel overwhelming. You may have tried CBT, counselling, or medication, yet anxiety, trauma, or burnout persist. These approaches often focus on symptom relief, leaving deeper roots unaddressed. Studies show relapse rates for anxiety after CBT alone can reach 30–50%, as underlying issues remain unresolved.
My approach goes deeper. First, we create psychological safety and manage immediate symptoms - stress, anxiety, or emotional numbness - to stabilise and bring relief. Then, we explore the “why” behind your patterns, uncover emotional wounds, and address unconscious beliefs keeping you stuck.
Our goal isn’t just symptom relief; it’s lasting transformation. By rebuilding your life from the ground up, we cultivate resilience, clarity, and emotional freedom.
This isn’t quick-fix therapy - it’s an investment in long-term well-being. The very traits driving your struggles - your drive, sensitivity, and pursuit of excellence - are also your greatest strengths. Together, we’ll harness these qualities to build balance, resilience, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.

Anxiety, trauma, and burnout are deeply connected but show up in distinct ways. Trauma often stems from unresolved emotional wounds, impacting your sense of safety and trust. Anxiety can feel like constant worry or being "on edge," even when life seems stable. Burnout results from prolonged stress, leaving you physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted.
These conditions often overlap and in my experience one often leads into another, in time.
Many of my clients feel stuck after trying CBT, mindfulness, or medications because these approaches often focus on symptom relief rather than addressing deeper emotional roots. Surface-level solutions and generic methods can leave unresolved trauma or patterns untouched.
True healing requires deep self-exploration, emotional understanding, and tailored guidance to move beyond temporary fixes.
Integrative Depth Psychotherapy combines psychodynamic therapy and bioenergetic analysis to address both emotional and physical roots of challenges. Psychodynamic work uncovers unconscious patterns and relational dynamics, while bioenergetics connects emotional healing with the body, releasing tension and blockages.
This dual approach fosters deep, lasting change, moving beyond symptom relief to transform your experience of anxiety, trauma, and burnout.
Yes, online therapy is just as effective, with research showing comparable outcomes. It offers flexibility, cost savings, and global access, making it easier to fit into your life.
I also provide in-person options, including clinic sessions and walk-and-talk therapy in London parks for those who prefer face-to-face interaction.
Therapy duration varies based on your needs and progress. Initially, we focus on symptom relief and understanding your challenges (weeks to months). Deeper work explores root causes and emotional patterns (months to years), leading to breakthroughs and integration.
While modern culture often prioritises a "quick fix approach", effective therapy requires time and depth. It's an intentional investment that nurtures long-term well-being, fostering resilience, emotional balance and self-understanding.

My fees are £400 per month for once-weekly sessions (4 sessions total) or £640 per month for twice-weekly sessions (8 sessions total).
My clients pay using direct bank transfer and are billed monthly in arrears.
Many of my clients, especially in the early stages, find twice-weekly sessions particularly beneficial for deeper progress before transitioning to weekly or bi-weekly sessions as they stabilise and grow.
