I want to make it easier for you to access real, lasting solutions to burnout. I know how frustrating it is when you’ve tried self-help books, CBT, talk therapy, medication, and even meditation apps, and nothing seems to stick.
Burnout is still rising, and it’s clear the usual fixes just aren’t enough anymore. We need better answers. That’s why my approach focuses on long-term, meaningful change.
Drawing on the latest neuroscience, nervous system regulation techniques, and evidence-based psychotherapy, I help you break out of chronic burnout cycles and start building a life that actually works for you.
In 2018, I foundered Flexible Mind, a mental health support clinic to help professionals overcome burnout - the response was overwhelming - and as a community quickly formed, I decided to offer a free course called The Burnout Solution to further support my clients.
Following a successful launch, I started to share my personal experience of overcoming emotional burnout on social media, leading to Interviews with BBC Radio, a growing Youtube Channel and Therapy Dave Podcast.
As a BACP-registered psychotherapist, I am now collaborating with clinics across London, seeing clients in private practice and supporting professionals in high-pressure industries.
Currently living happily in London with my family, the goal remains to continue spreading mental health awareness, while helping as many sufferers as possible to manage anxiety, overcome burnout and navigate complex trauma.

Different therapies work for different people. CBT is a structured, goal-based approach favoured by the NHS. Psychoanalysis explores childhood roots and the therapeutic relationship over time. Hypnotherapy is a didactic approach focusing on subconscious suggestion, while Person Centred Therapy is a more humanistic style.
